Terms and conditions
Scope
These terms apply to every order placed through this website with Mamma Mia Burgerhaus Neuenegg. By placing an order you accept them.
Order and conclusion of contract
Our menu is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract comes about once we accept it. We may decline an order, for instance outside our opening hours, when a dish is sold out or when the address lies outside our delivery area.
Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs and include value added tax. The price shown at the time of ordering applies. A minimum order value and a delivery fee may apply to delivery; both are shown before you confirm the order.
Delivery and pickup
We deliver inside our published delivery area during our opening hours. Stated delivery and pickup times are estimates and may vary with traffic and the number of orders. Please make sure the order can be received at the address you gave and that we can reach you by phone.
Payment
Payment is made on delivery or on pickup, in cash or by card as far as the payment methods shown at checkout allow. Nothing is charged online.
Cancellation
Freshly prepared food is exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal. You can cancel an order by telephone as long as preparation has not started; please call us as soon as possible. Once preparation has started the order is payable in full.
Liability
We are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded as far as the law permits. Please tell us about allergies and intolerances before you order; you can reach us by telephone.
Data protection
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy. Privacy policy
